Matthew Cordle, the Ohio man who confessed to being the cause of a fatal car crash through an online video, is preparing to face court charges. His expected guilty plea has been delayed at least one day, due to normal court procedures not being followed, although Cordle's lawyers plan on following through with his guilty plea as soon as possible.
