Poorly educated or just poorly tested?

        An adult with a bachelors of science, two masters degrees and working toward a doctorates recently failed his child's standardized tests in mathematics and in reading. This brings into question who chooses the criteria and was this a fluke or a fact of testing? Principals and teachers are deciding whether or not to revolt.
