Fire at Chesapeake Cafeteria!

Firefighters were quickly working to ready the hoses.

        Between the times of 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. the fire alarm sounded in the Chesapeake dining hall. Students were quickly rushed out as the fire department was rushed in to deal with the situation. I was unable to get an account from one of the officers and a majority of the students did not see the fire take place. One witness said it was a grease fire and saw it erupted in the fried food section of the building. While there were no apparent injuries, students were still angry that they were unable to finish their food and hope they will get a free meal from it. While I was jaunting off to report this, students began to play the famous Johnny Cash song "Ring of Fire" which did make me chuckle a little. Not much else is know at the time of publishing this.
