The Life of a Frostburg Student
By: Sarah Galvin ENGL 336.002
In the three photos above, Curtis Randall (top), a sophomore business major from Baltimore, MD, and Micheal Virbickis, a senior business administration major from Sykesville, MD, work on a group project on the fifth floor of the Lewis J. Ort Library.
In the two photos above, tutor Gavin Riley, a senior English literature major from Baltimore, MD, and tutee Shabin Yuan, a senior political science major studying abroad from China, work on a paper assignment in the FSU Tutoring Center.
In the photo above, Amanda Gold, a senior music performance major from Baltimore, MD, productively practices before rehearsing with the Wind Ensemble in the Performing Arts Center's band room.
In the photo above, Matthew Green (behind), a sophomore music management major from Baltimore, MD, and Brad Herget, a sophomore music and English education major from Bel Air, MD, unproductively warm-up for Wind Ensemble rehearsal behind Gold. Herget, a clarinet player, blows into his instrument held by Green. Two-person clarinet playing does not prove to be efficient, but it is certainly a proud, relished band geek moment.
